 About the artist
- Sandra Soper has been Sculpturing Siamese
cats since 1986, being self taught, with the interest in cats coming
about from being a successful breeder of Siamese for over 15 years.
Having bred champions and Premiers also Grand Premiers, the experience
of showing and breeding has given her the interest and knowledge
of being able to produce the Siamese cat in Sculpture’s that
truly represent the show quality and pet Siamese of today, and of
cause not forgetting the Orientals, having lived with over 10 Siamese
cats, taking over their home, one can not be unaware of all the
naughty and loveable things that the Siamese and Orientals get up.

- It is these playful antics that have given Sandra many a ideal
on the next pose that her new Sculpture should be based on. Having
fallen in love with the Devon Rex, she has also release a wonderful
Devon Rex, which really captures
the Rex in true character. Having now after 10 years of trail and
error perfected the art of working in Porcelain, she has now ventured
on to a limited number of her Sculptures being available in cold
cast bronze, and for the client with a expense taste, Stirling sliver Sculpture’s
Hall marked in Sheffield.
